We will meet with you to spend time understanding how you live, what inspires you, and what your perfect home looks like. We will discuss your budget, your project and explain a bit more about our process.

After our initial consultation, and once you're ready to move forward, you'll sign a preliminary agreement to begin the design phase. We'll then schedule a meeting with our award-winning architectural designer to develop your custom design brief. From there, a tailored concept will be created to reflect your vision. Once the concept is finalised, we’ll provide a detailed project quote, ensuring transparent and accurate pricing from the outset.

At this stage, you’ll receive a complete custom home design, a Master Builders contract, and a comprehensive specification detailing everything included in your new home. Once the contract is signed and your deposit is paid, our architectural designer will prepare the full construction drawings and submit them to Council for approval. You CAN then work closely with our Interior Designer to select your exterior and interior finishes, ensuring every aspect perfectly reflects your style and vision.

Once all approvals are secureD we’ll begin construction on your new home. Throughout the build, you can track progress your way—whether through online updates, regular site visits, or both. With our thorough quality control checklists in place from start to finish, you can have complete confidence in the craftsmanship and standards we uphold.
